Coach Sam Tooley & Alpha Performance

Early in 2017 Sam and I met at a local 5k, Greta’s Run in our hometown of Westfield. Sam won, I finished second! A short while later we started working together, Sam had been coaching athletes for over a year and I was looking for guidance heading toward my next marathon. In the time we’ve been working together Sam has been an inspirational and motivating coach, someone who is very humble for his years.
